I’m a self employed and work for 1099. I have a guy who helps with my web developer job and he is resident of another country in Europe. I asked him to fill out W8-BEN so I’ll not withhold taxes. Also I’m planning to deduct all his share so I’ll not pay taxes from those money.
If I don’t withhold taxes, should I still fill out 1042s and 1042 and if it is available on TurboTax?
