I see that I can use forms mode to override the values in the step by step. BUT the category of wages between Officer, <2% and all other employees is wrong. I don't know what difference that ends up making, but at least I can now get the right value in. I haven't figured out how to move the imported data values into the right category. I suspect that the import process is not smart enough to pickup the nuances of types of employees and is simply dumping it into "all other employees".
