Michigan 830 reject code after amended W2.

I had to amend my taxes due to a forgotten/late w2. The amended form came back with the signature error 830.

We had an issue in the Michigan Amended product for e-filing. The good news is that we have implemented a fix which will be available April 8, 2021. All you need to do is come back on or after April 8th (if you are a desktop user please download the lastest updates) and go back through your Michigan Amended return, and run through review. Proceed to the "File" tab to file your taxes. When you get to a screen titled "Your Michigan Signature" you must confirm your signature with paper form MI-8453, then continue to re-submit your return. However, if you do not want to wait until April 8th, you may file this return via U.S. Mail. To file your state return, print it and mail to the appropriate taxing authority.

I go through the steps and get to the signature page and here is where I get confused. Do I need to download MI-8453 somewhere mail it in, wait for it to get approved then continue with turbo tax? The error code is a bit confusing on what do to and how to get this form. Right now I get this message at the end "Duplicate Social Security Number: A tax return with the same Social Security number has already been submitted - in other words, it appears you're trying to e-file the same return twice. If you need to change this return, you'll need to file an amended return on paper, by mail."

Well duh of course there is a duplicate SSN I amended my taxes and need to sign it! The 830 code says nothing about having to resend all my taxes by mail. What the heck do I need to do here.
