I’m more questioning whether TurboTax will let you choose standard deduction for federal but realize you should/could still itemize for state. Even if the forms are all updated by filing time, this to me is more about whether you can choose standard deduction for federal and itemize for state.
Maybe the answers above of “wait until” later is the best bet but the intuit response to the original question doesn’t answer this nuance.
To explicitly state my question, will TurboTax allow using standard deduction for federal and itemized for state?
