TurboTax doesn't support state tax returns for Puerto Rico. You'd have to file extension directly with Commonwealth of Puerto Rico using Form AS 2644 (Request for Extension of Time to File the Income Tax Return).

If you are only wanting to file a federal extension log into TurboTax and search for extension of time to file (form 4868). Follow the program prompts until you are on the page Your Extension Results then select the Print Extension box to print your Federal extension
