I deleted the form in the Fed filing, I think 2016, logged out went back in and the form was deleted. Went through the review and then the state. The state review indicated everything was okay. When I went to the filing PA Schedule UE showed up. I put my name and address in the spaces and the filing went through. I know this wasn't right but Turbo Tax was aware that this problem was occurring in PA for some time and did nothing about it.
