Lived/worked in Texas Jan1- Oct 15 2020. Lost job collecting unemployment from Texas since then. Moved to North Carolina October 2020. Was unemployed Oct-Dec 2020 living with parents in NC. Do I have to file 2020 part year resident NC state taxes since I moved to NC Oct-Dec 2020. I collected Texas unemployment Oct-Dec 2020. No income or work in NC Oct-Dec just unemployment from Texas.
