May I assume that you have the CD/download software (it sounds like it from your description)?
Can you go look for the Forms W-2 & W-2G Summary? Look at lines 16 and 17. Are they correct?
If not, please look higher up on the Forms list for Form W-2 (name). Is there more than one? Is there a W-2 without a name? If so, please delete it.
I see that you referenced "from entered (imported) W-2s and 1099s." Have you deleted each imported form (even without Colorado withholding) and re-added it manually?
I know this is a pain, but it's what I would do if this were my return, and I say this as a former tax programmer (not for TurboTax).
