State tax filing
When a return is rejected for e-file, then you can re-open the return, fix any errors, and go through to e-file, and it will be e-filed as if for the first time.
"it gave me a link to click that appeared to say that it would correct the error "
I am not familiar with this message and would have to get someone else involved here.
"I've deleted the form (Form 104), but it won't let me manually re-enter the information. "
Did you delete just form 104, or the whole state? When you say that it won't let you re-enter the information, how is it stopping you?
