The rule is whether you qualify to be claimed by someone else as a 2020 dependent, not whether they actually claim you. If you are 29 yrs old, why were you claimed as dependent in 2018 and 2019? How much was your 2020 income?
In general, though, line 30 is only used to claim Stimulus #1 and #2. Stimulus #3 is issued separately.
