In the Oregon interview, if you have indicated that you want the nonresident return, you will see a screen with the title "Oregon Source Income and Adjustments".
This screen has two columns: federal and Oregon.
Enter only your Oregon source income in the appropriate box (probably Wages). Enter zero in every other box.
