If my employer is in Oregon, but I worked from home 50% of the time in Washington, then I should be refunded 50% of my Oregon State Income tax. Where can I do this?

I already have the amount I should have paid and the amount I should be refunded figured out.  I am just trying to figure out how to input it in TurboTax.
