I'm ready to file my amended Federal and State (California) 2020 returns. Turbo is directing me to MAIL the State amended return since e-file is not available for State amended returns. However, if I ignore and proceed to e-file it seems that it'll go through for both. I plan to e-file the federal 1040X but have a Question re. the amended State return: Can I e-file both State and Federal amended returns using Turbo? If not should I attached the Federal 1040X while mailing the State 540X ?
