You can delete the state from any of the returns you have already created by clicking File > Remove State Return when you are in the return. Do this BEFORE taking the steps below.
To prevent the GA form from attaching, you can remove the GA formset from TurboTax in Windows File Explorer.
- Open File Explorer and go to the following address: C:\Program Files (x86)\TurboTax\[version of TurboTax you are using]\Forms
- In the Forms folder you will see a folder gai_20
- Delete this folder.
- This will remove the GA formset and perhaps next year it won't automatically install.
