State tax filing
Check your W2, 1099-G and any other tax form entries that have Colorado tax withholding. Correct any errors.
If you autoloaded any forms that have Colorado withholding (like a W-2 or 1099-R or 1099-G), then make a copy of the information on the form, delete the form, and re-enter the form manually.
Note that this is almost always a typographical error or the result of an error in data entry.
If all of your entries are correct, you will not be able to efile and will have to mail the return - but try to avoid this by deleting and re-adding as much as is required in order to get the e-file to go through.
