I have this same concern, it seems the $10,200 is being deducted twice from the California AGI. My wife and I both received unemployment last year. $20,400 was deducted from our federal AGI and then that amount was transferred to the California return. The full amount of the unemployment we received was then deducted from the transferred amount on the California return.
