State tax filing

I am having trouble with my state taxes filing for Utah. I keep getting this error "Form TC-40W(1) need a 14 character payer ID." And it says to go to the w-2 page to fix it. I have double and triple checked all entries, made sure every data entry point is accurate in the w-2, etc. I have made sure it is exactly what is on the forms I got from my employers. Is there something wrong here?

The Utah Payer withholding ID must be 14 characters ending in the letters "wth" with no hyphens; i.e., 11 characters then the "wth" with no hyphens.

However, there is a peculiar glitch.  Many Utah users have to use lower case letters for the wth part in order to proceed to efile.   So use lower case for the "wth".   You will need to do this on any forms that have a Utah Payer withholding ID; i.e, W-2's, 1099's, etc.

Then step through the State interview screens again to ensure the corrected info flows from the Federal side to the state.
