I am having trouble with my state taxes filing for Utah. I keep getting this error "Form TC-40W(1) need a 14 character payer ID." And it says to go to the w-2 page to fix it. I have double and triple checked all entries, made sure every data entry point is accurate in the w-2, etc. I have made sure it is exactly what is on the forms I got from my employers. Is there something wrong here?
