The bot removed the version thinking its a phone number but I am assuming you have the same version as me. I am out of ideas. Sorry! I am sure Turbo Tax was restarted as it always does after an update. If not request that again but other than that not a whole lot comes to mind. May be another update from TT will fix it for you thinking the previous one did not register correctly. You can see updates under Online => View Installed Updates => Detailed Updates History
