My computer "expert" purchased the Turbo Tax Federal from Costco, only no state. It tells me at the end of my Federal return that I can purchase the state for $45. The problem is the next screen freezes up and I cannot
make the state purchase. I don't know how to contact anyone to rectify this. What do I do?
