Yes.

  1. Open up TurboTax for the appropriate tax year
  2. Click Pick up where you left off
  3. Click State in the left pane
  4. Work through your Minnesota screens again, making no changes.  As you near the end, you'll come to the Other Forms You May Need screen
  5. Check the box for Property Tax Refund (Form M1PR) and follow the onscreen instructions
  6. After the State Elections Campaign Fund and Nongame Wildlife Fund screens, you'll come to the Filing instructions screen.
  7. Select Print Form M1PR and mail the printout by August 15 to:

According to the 2019 Homestead Credit Refund (for Homeowners) and Renter's Property Tax Refund instructions, the final deadline to claim the 2019 refund is August 15, 2021.

You can also file your M1PR free of charge at the MN Dept. of Revenue Property Tax Refund site, and if you're a homeowner, you can e-file it through the MN DOR's Property Tax Refund Online Filing System.
