State tax filing

Sorry, I meant 2020.

I did receive money for executrix fees, as I’m executing my deceased brother’s estate. 
I did include that income on the TT filing , but no 1099 or other form is provided. 
The  system is insisting I complete form UE for unreimbursed employee expenses( like uniforms or union dues). I had no earned income in 2020, so that form makes no sense. 
Is  there a place where I could answer something differently to notify the TT system that form UE isn’t required?

no, I received no unemployment in 2020 or ever in my life.  
Thoughts?
