Basically, it's been two days. Arkansas hasn't even published updated forms, guidelines, instructions, or anything else. It'll be a while.
File an extension and come back in a month. Odds are that Arkansas will extend the filing deadline for everyone to accommodate this. Before TurboTax or anyone else can do anything with the software, the state is going to have to update forms and procedures.
