State tax filing

@DaveF1006 as an Intuit employee with Expert status, rather than making an excuse - I’d hope you could provide a solution or a suggestion.  

(I can imagine the suggestion you have for me in your head right now, but not *that* one... I’m not that flexible.)

 

Here’s my problem - the error is on a worksheet.  I’m happy eFiling as it stands without distributing the income of the withdrawal.  The product won’t allow me to.  The “error” is poorly worded, and the product and support offer me no guidance, no date to expect resolution... nada.  I have unfortunately already paid for the unfinished product too.  So I have to ask Customer Service for a refund and take my business (personally and professionally) elsewhere.  It’s not the state’s fault when the product can’t provide a positive user experience.  The advice to just file by mail tells me that it’s the product not the NYS tax department.  

 

How does one escalate an issue?
