I have used Turbo Tax for many years and haven't had an issue until this year. I was finally able to get my Federal tax information entered for myself, my daughter and my mother's returns but unable to pull up the State portion. I did have an issue earlier but thought I cleared it up when I uninstalled and reinstalled the software. I need help...
