State tax filing

I have another complete opposite problem. We do have solar energy credit to claim (solar tubes with night light). But there is no way to find AZ Form 310, even after it is submitted to the federal return with 26% credit shown as federal refund. Please see the attached screen shot. Is this a bug in Turbotax?
