It is possible that a SD-100 was added when you inputted your estimated payments and added a second time under the Ohio screen titled A few things before we wrap up your state taxes.
To delete a possible duplicate form, please follow these steps:
- Open your tax return.
- Click on Tools.
- Click on Delete a Form.
- Scroll down to your state forms and look for the school district form you need to remove and click Delete.
Once your return only has one SD-100 form, your local estimated payments for your school district should flow to this form.
