No 1: I can't delete the apartment field from info No 2: On State, it keeps trying to add my car to a W2 that it doesn't apply to

I have tried to delete and restart my state return, but the vehicle keeps migrating to the wrong W2 expense every time. I have double-checked the expenses in the Fed return. I have tried logging off and back in.
