Do not file by mail unless you absolutely have to. The IRS is predicting long wait times for returns filed by mail. They have not even finished processing all of the 2019 tax returns that were mailed in. If you are getting an error about the state ID number for Utah, the suggestion above works to remove that error.
Change the WTH to lower case. Just make sure you put in the numbers first and then the letters without a hyphen. Example: 12345678901wth
