Hi Gabi,
My NM state return has been pending since 2/9. My federal return was accepted on 2/11 and has already been processed. My refund has, in fact, already been deposited to my account (2/17). I've been on the NM tax site and it doesn't show that anything's been filed at this time. Is there anything else that I can check, as I have not been notified that anything is wrong with my return.
