Hi all,
Due to COVID, I ended moving to CA but my spouse did not and was never a CA resident for all of 2020 (or prior to that). Therefore, she should be exempt from the health insurance requirement and I should be able to file an exemption per CA 3853 as a non-resident, but I don't see this option on the CA state return. Any thoughts or suggestions?
