Turbotax admitted that there is a software glitch in their 2020 software. If you are in a "Pending" status, Turbotax is supposed to send you an email notifying you of the glitch and give you instructions on what to do. Go into your Turbotax program and update the software. Do you see a message from Turbotax? If so, follow their instructions. It appears to be a problem with not only California but other states as well. Praying all goes well for you.
