Just so you know, after talking to Covered California and State Franchise Tax Board, I figured out what I did wrong. Entered the federal form info for Covered California into the STATE return. Nice Covered California lady told me there were TWO forms. I realized then that I had used wrong form for state tax return. Now I need to pay back nothing, as I thought.
