If you are not able to move forward, it is recommended that you log out of your TurboTax Online and delete your cookies. For more information on how to delete your cookies on the browser you are using, please see How do I delete cookies?.
Once that is complete, please follow these steps in TurboTax to confirm information is inputted in the recovery rebate form:
- With your return open, search for stimulus with the magnifying glass tool on the top of the page.
- Select the Jump to Stimulus in the search results to directly go to correct TurboTax page.
