My California form 540NR keeps getting rejected because "Healthcare coverage information in the return is missing or invalid." - what exactly is this referring to? Is it the ISR Penalty section, because I can be claimed as a dependent by a non-ca resident and the 540nr instructions says dependents need not do anything for this. Also, because I can be claimed as a dependent, turbo-tax never asks me to fill out healthcare info for this ca-state filing. Anyone have this issue/knows how to resolve it?
