This happened to me yesterday. Go to the top left and select state and state review, go through the prompt. (i didn't need to change anything but still needed to go though this process) and sign and submit again. You'll get an email/text it has been done and is processing. Within 48 hours you will see it has been accepted.
It says make any changes if prompted to. Like is said I did not need to but I had to review and refile, sign and submit. My state was accepted today. so once you do this it should be a quick turn around.
