I am equally frustrated, Intuit Customer service is CLUELESS! I received a call back stating it was Franchise Tax Board's fault to give it some time. Franchise Tax Board states they are having no issues and have been accepting 2020 e-filed returns since January 4, 2021, with no issues.
The IRS accepted my return with no issues right away. And State of CA has been shown as pending since I filed on February 12, 2021. Previous years, California accepted my return and provided the refund well before IRS.
Intuit needs to fix this ASAP!
