I received the SAME canned response to my email that I sent to Intuit Exeuctives / President / Michelle.
When I opened up my Turbotax software this morning (Feb 18), yes the program DID have an update for California, which I installed. BUT even after installing the update, my California state return did NOT have me make any corrections. It just STILL SAYS PENDING ! This is ridiculous !
