Yes, I just got off the phone with a Turbotax expert, Jim a CPA. So he was a tax person not a technology expert.
He was not aware of any problems that CA was having with efiling. He said once the efile is complete Turbotax does not have the return the state does. In his opinion he believes because of the recent federal tax changes made in December states have not completed changes to all their forms. For this reason returns could be pending until all these forms are updated. Patients is what is needed on my part.
