Has anyone called TurboTax and spoken to an employee there? I just tried calling: and the first thing the automated system asks is for my social security #. I didn't want to put that in not knowing if i'm actually calling Turbotax for sure. Can anyone let me know if this is the way TurboTax customer support works?
