Turbo tax transmitted my federal and Hawaii state tax on the same day on Feb 8, 2021. My federal tax was accepted on Feb11, 2021, and usually state tax would be accepted on the same day. It’s been a week and My state status on TurboTax is still showing as pending. I called Turbotax but they were not much of a help. I called Hawaii dept of taxation and they said they could not find my file from Turbo Tax. I don't know what to do.
