Louisiana IT-540 Schedule E, 01E - Interest and Dividends on US Obligations

In the Louisiana tax return, adjustment section, it asks if you have "any other income exclusions."  Code 1E is "interest and dividends on US gov't obligations."  I have a 1099-DIV form from Vanguard.  I have 2 vanguard stock funds and 2 vanguard bond funds (total stock market index, total international stock index, intermediate term tax exempt bond, and total international bond index fund).  From trying to figure this out online, I think that the only funds that would possibly apply are the two bond funds, not the two stock funds.  I also think the formula is to multiply box 1a (total ordinary dividends) by the "US Government obligations information" vanguard sheet on its website.  Total international bond is not listed on the Vanguard sheet referenced above and there are no ordinary dividends for Intermediate term tax exempt bond, only exempt interest dividends.  Thus, I have not entered anything for this box.  My question:  Am I doing this correctly and if no, can you please provide the formula so that I don't miss out on this exclusion?  Thank you!
