State tax filing

After "Taxpayer's Health Care Coverage" screen, the "Here's the Income Maryland Handles Differently" screen does not appear for me.

Instead I get this screen:

I don't know what to enter here. It makes no sense to me.

And there is nowhere for me to enter information about college savings plan.
