Could someone please help with this statement regarding deductibility on HDHP premiums?
'You can only deduct the amount to the extent the deduction has not been included in federal adjusted income and the expenses have not been provided from a health reimbursement arrangement and have not been included in itemized deductions."
EX: If my HDHP premiums total $2,000 but they were pretax on my paycheck, is it deductible for Georgia or not? I'm not stupid, but that sentence (found in Turbo Tax's help tab on the issue) is confusing!
