I checked the box for Arizona form 310 (Solar Tax Credit) and it asks me the info, but I don't receive the $1000 tax credit on my taxes (my AZ tax due didn't change). Why

I should be able to get the 1000 dollar state tax credit on my taxes. I just installed solar in 2020, so no prior credit has been used. I filled in all the info and it still shows my tax due as unchanged.
