Do I have to file an Illinois state tax, if I lived outside of country for 360 out of the 365 days (short one week visit to states)? I do NOT own any property nor have ANY income in Illinois. All my income is from investments/dividends, and I do not intend to come back to Illinois. What do I file on State level?
