This is a public Internet forum. You should edit your posting to remove your personal info, which everyone can see, so that someone doesn't try to spam or scam you. It looks like the forum privacy filter has removed your phone number, but your address is still showing. To remove it, click the blue 3-dot icon just to the right of your question. It's possible a Moderator who has been notified may remove it for you in the meantime.
I don't know why you are unable to be added to the email list for your Michigan forms availability, but you can check with this table to see estimated dates. One of the columns there is for printed form dates.
