TurboTax,
I have completed all of my taxes for 2020 using TurboTax. ( federal, state & local )
I have also sent out my federal thru e-file, but do not wish to sent my state taxes with e-file & cannot sent my local that way.
I have tried numerous times to print out the state & local only to get a message on my screen that the state is not updated & cannot print out so that I can mail out my state & local.
The program prompts me to click & launch the internet in order to get on an email list letting me know when the update(s) will be ready.
I have launched the link, added my email, but keep receiving an error message letting me know it failed.
Is there a specific reason it is failing ? I have also added the email address it specifies into my address book so the response does not get sent to spam.
Please advise as I'd like to get these taxes mailed out.
