That edition includes 1 state program, with which you can create as many state returns as you need--of that same state. A second state program (i.e., different state) is currently slightly discounted at $40 (normally will revert to $45 in March).
The state efile fee is currently discounted at $20 for each state return efiled. It will increase to $25 in March.
There is no state efile for New York state, and no fee to print and mail a state return.
