If you work in Idaho for an Idaho-based employer, it is the employer's obligation to withhold Idaho income tax, and your W-2 should reflect those withholdings. If you enter in TurboTax the fact that you are a resident of Idaho, or (if you're a non-resident, that you had Other State Income from Idaho), and you enter your W-2 correctly, the program will generate the correct tax return forms.
